Leyton Orient are pleased to confirm the signing of midfielder Robbie Weir.
The 27-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal from July 1, with an option of a third and becomes the first summer signing for O’s new boss Andy Hessenthaler.
Weir will join the O’s following his release from newly-promoted Burton Albion after spending four successful years with the Brewers.
The Northern Irishman first joined the Pirelli Stadium outfit in 2012 following his release from Tranmere Rovers, and went on to secure back-to-back promotions with Burton in 2015 and 2016, making over 150 appearances in that time.
Weir’s first interview with Orient PlayerHD will be available later on today.
