Leyton Orient striker Jordan Bowery can’t wait to get going and is excited about the season ahead.
Bowery made the switch to the O’s on Monday, signing a two-year deal with his stay potentially extended by a further year, and linked straight up with his new team-mates on the pre-season tour to Italy.
The 26-year-old came up against Orient last season while at former club Oxford, a game the O’s won 1-0 at the Kassam Stadium, and with that in mind he knows he is joining a good group of players in E10.
Bowery helped the U’s to promotion last term, netting seven goals in 17 league appearances, and is keen to help his new side emulate that achievement.
