Alberto Cavasin is targeting his first win as O’s boss when Luton Town make the trip to E10 tomorrow afternoon.
His opening league encounter last weekend ended in a 1-0 loss at home to Portsmouth, with Christian Burgess’ second half enough to seal all three points for the visitors.
The O’s head into the game in 20th spot following the defeat last weekend, while Nathan Jones’ Hatters arrive at the Matchroom Stadium fifth in League Two having drawn their last three games 1-1.
Last time out they came up against Crewe Alexandra and took the lead at Kenilworth Road through Danny Hylton just before half time, his seventh goal of the campaign.
However, following on the back of draws against Hartlepool United against Cheltenham Town, the Hatters were forced to share the spoils once more when Ryan Lowe netted a second half equaliser for the Railwaymen.
Midfielders Nigel Atangana and Liam Kelly are doubts for the O’s encounter with Luton.
Atangana just missed out last weekend against his former side Portsmouth with a groin injury, while Kelly was forced off early on in the Pompey clash with a hamstring injury.
Loanee Harry Cornick remains absent after coming off injured in the goalless draw with Barnet, and captain Robbie Weir serves the final game of his three-match suspension.

BETTING (Odds correct at time of preview)
The O’s are Sky Bet’s 7/4 outsiders to beat Luton on Saturday despite having home advantage.
The Hatters can be backed as the 6/4 favourites with Sky Bet to get the three points and the draw is on offer at 12/5.
All of the O’s last three games have contained under the 1.5 goals mark and Sky Bet go 5/2 that this match also falls below that line (odds-on at 2/7 that it contains above 1.5 goals).
