O’s skipper Robbie Weir praised the side’s second half fightback as they picked up a 3-1 victory at Hartlepool United on Saturday.
Alberto Cavasin’s side trailed at the break through Josh Laurent’s late first half effort, but a double from Ollie Palmer and one for Sandro Semedo sealed the win.
Weir admitted there were some words exchanged at the break, but was proud of the fightback and felt the three points were thoroughly deserved.
The 27-year-old was also pleased to be back involved having missed the last three league games through suspension, and admits it’s imperative the O’s build on the Pools win when we welcome Crewe Alexandra to the Matchroom Stadium on Saturday.
