Orient midfielder Liam Kelly believes his recovery from a torn hamstring is going well and he can’t wait to get back out on the pitch.
The 26-year-old picked up the injury early on in the O’s 1-0 home defeat to Portsmouth on October 8, and went into surgery following the diagnosis.
Kelly admitted it has been a tough to deal with initially, but in the past few weeks has been back at the training ground continuing his recovery with physio Peter Webb.
The Scotland international has praised the work of Webb and believes he remains on course for a full recovery.
It’s also been tough for the midfielder to watch on as results haven’t gone to plan on the pitch, and he is keen to make an impact when he is back available to manager Andy Edwards.
