Danny Webb is relishing the challenge that lies in wait as he prepares for his first game as O’s boss this weekend at home to Carlisle United.
Webb was appointed on Sunday following Andy Edwards’ decision to take up a coaching position with the FA, and admits it’s been a busy few days with the transfer window also closing.
The 33-year-old has been happy with the business the O’s have done in bringing Rowan Liburd and Jordan Green and hopes both can have a big impact on the team.
Webb also confirmed Omer Riza will be with him in the dugout to assist him, while Academy Sports Scientist Michael Amoah has also made the step up.
Carlisle come into the game in the third and final automatic promotion spot and the O’s boss knows the difficult test Orient will come up against tomorrow afternoon.
