The O’s will be hoping to pick up three points against bottom side Newport County tomorrow afternoon.
Orient come into the game on the back of a 4-1 defeat at Stevenage and are three points from the safety zone.
Goals from Ben Kennedy and a Matt Godden penalty put Darren Sarll’s side in control and though Paul McCallum pulled one back, further goals from Luke Wilkinson and Tom Pett sealed the defeat.
Newport sit below the O’s and prop up the League Two table after a run of six games without a win, though have drawn four of those encounters.
From their 16 home games this season, the Exiles have won just two – a 2-0 success over Carlisle in November and a 3-1 triumph against Hartlepool United at the end of January.
In the reverse fixture, the O’s opening home League Two game of the season, Orient lost out 1-0, with Jamie Turley’s 34th minute effort proving the difference between the two sides on the day.
