This will be the seventh such trip to the battlefields of Flanders and northern France and follows on from our very successful tour to Ypres in June where we were so proud to represent the Orient at the Menin Gate and Tyne Cot Cemetery.
As in previous years accommodation will be at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Arras and Anderson Travel will once again be supplying the coaches.
We will be visiting the resting places of William Jonas, Richard McFadden and George Scott and an official visit to the O’s Memorial in the village of Flers will also be made along with other places of interest over the four days of the trip.
With all the Great War centenary commemorations taking place bookings are bound to be at a premium, so should you be interested in coming on this extremely popular and proud event, please contact Steve Jenkins at the earliest opportunity for further details and a booking form.
Either meet up with Steve in the Supporters’ Club or contact him at [email protected] or phone 07971 146502
