PREVIEW: Leyton Orient v Eastleigh

Orient come into the game following the 2-0 away win at Woking last Saturday, where striker Macauley Bonne scored a brace against his former side to make it three goals in a week for the energetic striker.

Eastleigh have had a solid start to the season and sit in 10th place, having only lost once in their opening five games.

Richard Hill’s men have also registered two wins and two draws, and will be looking to improve on their 15th place finish last season.

The Spitfires come into tomorrow’s encounter having beaten Tranmere Rovers 2-0 at Ten Acres last Saturday, with second half goals from Ben Williamson and Craig McAllister giving them all three points.


Head Coach Steve Davis will be looking to utilise a large amount of the squad this weekend with tomorrow’s home clash against Eastleigh swiftly followed by a trip to Maidenhead on Monday.

Midfielder Craig Clay continues to push for a first start of the season following an impressive substitute appearance in the 2-0 win at Woking.
