Orient come into the game on a run of six games without a win, having lost 2-1 at Tranmere Rovers on Wednesday.
The O’s took the lead in the 22nd minute through Matt Harrold but were pegged back four minutes later through Andy Cook. The home side secured the three points when James Norwood headed home in the 71st minute from close range.
Barrow are on a similar run of form, having failed to win in their previous six matches. The Bluebirds fell to a solitary late goal at Hartlepool on Tuesday, with Michael Woods heading the winner in the 95th minute.
The Cumbrian side, who appointed Micky Moore as their new manager in September, finished in 7th place in the National League last season.
The O’s are hopeful that defender Jake Caprice will be fit for the trip to Barrow, despite limping off with a hamstring issue at Tranmere.
Joe Widdowson is likely to return to the squad, having missed Wednesday’s defeat with a thigh injury.
Matt Harrold is a doubt for tomorrow’s encounter with a calf injury, and anny decision will be made tomorrow.
