Jordan Burrow headed home from close range in the 9th minute before he bagged his second 10 minutes before time to complete the victory for the Heed.
Wrexham have started the season well, and are sat in 3rd place with eight wins, five draws and four defeats after their opening 17 games.
The Dragons lost to AFC Fylde on Tuesday, Jonny Smith opening the scoring in the 8th minute before Jack Muldoon sealed the victory in the 77th minute.
Dean Keates side finished in 13th position in the National League last season.
The O’s are confident of having defender Jamie Sendles-White and forward Matt Harrold back on Saturday, after the pair missed the past few games through illness and a calf injury respectively.
However, Steve Davis will be without midfielder Jobi McAnuff as he serves a one-match suspension after picking up his fifth booking of the season in Tuesday’s defeat.
The O’s are also likely to be without defender Joe Widdowson as he picked up a hamstring injury against Gateshead while Alex Lawless remains sidelined with a groin injury.
