Justin Edinburgh’s side have lost just once in their previous eight matches and will be looking to take three points back to London in a bid to record their first league win of the new year.
FC Halifax Town welcome Orient to West Yorkshire having gone five league games without a win, their last came on December 23 when a 4-0 win over Chester saw them go in to Christmas on the back of two wins.
Billy Heath’s side will be looking to produce performance similar to the one shown in the second round of the FA Trophy when they defeated league leaders Macclesfield Town 1-0.
The Shaymen earned promotion from the National League in the 2016/2017 campaign after they finished third and beat Chorley 2-1 in the finals to return to the National League.
George Elokobi will hope to play a part after appearing for the O’s for the first time since September 2017, in the FA Trophy win over Bognor Regis Town.
Alex Lawless will also look to play a part after the midfielder returned to full training after he picked up a groin injury last week.
Dan Holman made a midweek appearance in a behind closed doors friendly at Dagenham & Redbridge so the striker will look to build on those minutes this weekend.
The O’s look set to be without goalkeeper Charlie Grainger who has picked up a knock, which triggered the recall of Sam Sargeant from Margate on Thursday.
