A number of improvements will also be made over the summer months to further improve the food and drink range, cooking and preparation facilities and ambience of the concourse areas.
On Saturday Chief Executive Danny Macklin will be inviting fans to directly pass on their feedback, Danny along with other administration staff will be available at the following times:
* 1.30pm – South Stand
* 1.45pm – East Stand
* 2.00pm – North Stand
* 2.15pm – West Stand – North corner
* 2.30pm – West Stand – South corner
* All areas during half time
A representative from Outside Event Caterers said of the issues: “OEC and Leyton Orient FC are actively working together to address any issues and comments received over the last few matches. We ask for your patience and understanding that as a new company coming in with new staff and new methods we are trying our hardest to rectify these issues. We have worked hard to get the Alan Comfort kiosk open and are continually looking at ways to reduce queuing”.
Chief Executive Danny Macklin added: “I want to assure fans we’re working very closely with our new catering partners to improve speed of service, product availability and the overall experience for all fans. We appreciate all the feedback and I am confident we will soon see improvements”.
