It is most important that you do not re-register if you do not receive an email or cannot access all your seats. It may be that you did not register an email address last season, or you have changed it, or you purchased seats all under one name and email address. Do not worry, just email the issue to either of the above staff and they will help you through the problem either by updating or adding an email address, or registering your children and adding as friends and family. We are looking to ensure that, following the transition to the new ticketing software, the information we hold is accurate and clean.
Once in the system, and in line with new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), please ensure you log in and update your communication preferences so you can receive important information from the Club in the future. The default position is to receive NO communications from the Club or third party organisations by any means so to keep in contact you must update these preferences. You can opt out of receiving Club information at any time by logging in and updating your preferences at a later date if you prefer.
Importantly, all tickets are processed on this system according to the age of the applicant and prices will automatically be applied according to your age.
If a customer wishes to obtain a concession ticket at any of the category types below, you will need to first supply proof of concession by emailing Liz using the above address in order for us to apply the correct category to your customer record so your online application will pick up the correct price. The good news is that this category will stay on your record all season – unless you advise us otherwise – and you will be able to book Cup tickets at the correct price.
Category types needing proof:
- Armed Forces
- Emergency Services – Police, Fire Service, Ambulance
- NHS Employees
- Waltham Forest Council Employees
- Second Parent
For the above categories, a current valid ID card, payslip (with financial details redacted), letter detailing benefit receipt or official letter from employer will suffice. If we need anything further once received we will contact you.
For Second Parent applications, please email a list of the potential applicants (which should include a familial group of two parents and at least one child) and we will update one of the adult records.
Once your record has been updated, we will email you and then you will be able to apply online at the correct rate.
If you wish to apply online at any time throughout the season for discounted match tickets via the above categories (excluding second parents), you will need to follow the above procedure to ensure you can obtain the correct price.

Season Ticket seats will be held until 5pm on Friday 30 June 2018. Any seats not renewed after this date will be made available for general sale.
