PREVIEW: Harlow Town (A)

access_time 3 years ago

Justin Edinburgh will bring a strong side to The Harlow Arena as his side begin their bid to capitalise on last season’s 13th position finish.

Harlow Town will also begin their pre-season campaign tomorrow, looking to improve on a season that saw them finish in 13th position.

The two sides met last season as the O’s claimed a 6-1 victory, goals coming from David Mooney, Tristan Abrahams and Macauley Bonne.
Head Coach Justin Edinburgh is likely to utilise two squads in tomorrow’s game and supporters are likely to get the chance to see new signing James Alabi in action for the first time.

Fellow new-signing Dale Gorman is unlikely to feature as he continues to recover from a broken ankle he suffered in April, while Matt Harrold will miss the whole of pre-season with a hamstring injury.

“We played there last season and it was tough. We ended up breaking them down by the end and playing nicely, and enjoyed the game. We’re looking forward to it again this season”

Midfielder Charlie Lee spoke to ahead of tomorrow’s game. The full interview is also available to view on YouTube here.
