The Club believes Orient fans and our guests from visiting Club’s deserve the best matchday experience possible.
Danny Macklin, Orient Chief Executive stated, “The Club after much consideration and valued fan feedback have taken this decision – the standards offered are completely unacceptable. We will now be working very closely with our new external catering partner to improve service, value for money and product quality. I would like to thank fans for their patience shown to date and ask for that to continue for the next few games whilst necessary improvements are made to equipment. Furthermore, I would like to thank Orient fans who have provided their feedback, comments and suggestions – we will be using that feedback and observations to make the necessary improvements.
The Club will continue to search for a cost-effective ventilation solution to be able to provide a variation in offering. At present the food offering is restricted without ventilation in the concession areas meaning many items cannot be made fresh. I am confident that with a fresh approach we can improve the experience for all and entice fans who eat or drink elsewhere to try the new offerings.
For the Barnet home game on Saturday 15th September there will be a limited menu available – further details will be announced next week.
