Simply put, the challenge culture is all about creating an environment where everyone – from the newest recruit to the CEO – can question everything without trashing anyone.
Creating a challenge culture at an organization does not happen overnight, and my approach has been decades in the making. My years at Blockbuster as it faced the Netflix challenge, my experiences at Papa John’s Pizza and Dunkin’ Brands, and how we took over Leyton Orient FC.
