PREVIEW: Hartlepool United (H)

Justin Edinburgh’s men come in to the fixture in good form having tasted defeat only once in the opening 14 games.

Macauley Bonne and James Alabi were on the scoresheet as the O’s were 2-0 the victors in Berkshire.

Matthew Bates’ men have had a strong start to the season and have recorded three wins in their last six games, including victories over FC Halifax Town and Solihull Moors.

Last time out, the Pools defeated Boreham Wood by two goals, both courtesy of Andrew Davies either side of the break which sees the side sit in sixth place, five points behind the O’s.

Josh Koroma’s availability will be assessed before the game after the forward picked up a knee injury in training last week which kept him out of the squad at Maidenhead and saw him withdraw from the England C side mid-week.

Otherwise, Justin Edinburgh will have a full squad at his disposal as the O’s look to regain top spot.

Adrian Quelch will take charge of tomorrow’s game and it will be his second at The Breyer Group stadium. His first came in our 1-1 draw with Ebbsfleet United back in August, when Alex Lawless, Jobi McAnuff and Macauley Bonne all received cautions. In total, the Christchurch born official has handed out 25 yellows and one red card in his seven National League appearances.
