Leyton Orient are delighted to confirm winger James Brophy has signed a one-year contract extension, keeping him at the Club until 2021.
The 25-year-old has had an impressive start to life in League Two, comfortably leading the division for most successful dribbles, and is rewarded for his fine form with a new contract.
Brophy joined the Club on an initial short-term loan on September 21, 2017, and made his move permanent on January 31, 2018. He made 43 appearances last season as the O’s won the National League title and finished runners up in the FA Trophy.
The tricky winger has made six appearances this season, featuring both as a winger and left-back, and helped secure a late point against Salford City on Saturday as his drilled effort was turned in by Chris Neal.
