Leyton Orient are in Sky Bet League Two action tonight as they welcome Crewe Alexandra to the Breyer Group Stadium (7:45pm kick-off)

Having secured a point on the road last Saturday, drawing 2-2 with Exeter, The O’s will look to claim all three points as they welcome The Railwaymen to E10.

Crewe find themselves placed 5th in the League Two table, having won five of their opening eight fixtures so far this season.

Ten-man Alexandra fell to a 3-2 defeat at the weekend, as Cambridge United left The Alexandra Stadium with all three points. Eddie Nolan and Chuma Anene bagged Crewe’s goals, whilst Paul Green was sent-off in the first-half.

James Brophy remains a doubt for tonight’s clash with the same thigh injury that kept him out of action last time out.

Dan Happe was another who didn’t feature because of personal reasons, but it is hoped he is available for selection tonight.

Tonight’s referee will be Josh Smith, assisted by both Andrew Laver and Adrian Tranter. Michael Webb will be the fourth official.

At just 26 years of age, Smith is one of the youngest ref’s at this level, having been promoted to The Football League last season.

He last officiated the O’s in the 0-0 draw at home to Braintree Town last season, the day the O’s secured promotion to the Football League in front of 8,241 supporters.
