Club Shop/Ticket Office to serve as Club reception on non-matchdays

From today, all visits to the Breyer Group Stadium on non-matchdays will come through the Club Shop/Ticket Office. 

The decision has been taken in order to better integrate the ticket office in order to make ticket information and purchasing experience as smooth as possible.

CEO, Danny Macklin, said, “We’ve listened to fan feedback to further improve the customer experience. We’ve recently welcomed Lucy Freeman as the Club’s new ticket office manager and we are continuing to look at ways to ensure that the experience when purchasing tickets is as straight-forward as possible.”
