Leyton Orient are delighted to announce the launch of a new app which will allow fans to stream O’s games on their mobile or tablet devices.
The Leyton Orient TV app, which is available to download now for free from the App Store and Google Play, will give subscribers the chance to watch the O’s on the go, with live video streams of our games previously restricted to desktop or laptop devices only.
The same geographical restrictions will apply to the app as they do for desktop or laptop devices, as per the EFL’s existing broadcast agreement with Sky Sports. This means only games that kick off outside the 3pm Saturday window can be live streamed in the UK, unless they are selected for live broadcast.
The first chance for fans outside the UK to watch the O’s on the Leyton Orient TV app will be this Saturday’s league game away at Port Vale (18 January, 3pm GMT). Meanwhile the first opportunity for UK-based subscribers will be next Tuesday’s rearranged home league game against Northampton Town (21 January, 7.45pm GMT).
Please note Match Passes cannot be purchased through the Leyton Orient TV app. These must be purchased in advance from the Leyton Orient website as usual. Once a Match Pass has been purchased and you have logged out of the Club website, fans can login to the app using the same login details. Any fans yet to sign up to the Club’s official website can register here. Anyone who needs to reset their password can click here.
Some FAQs regarding the app have been added to our Orient TV FAQs page here. This will continue to be updated with the answers to any frequent questions we receive.
If you experience any issues using the Leyton Orient TV app, please contact [email protected] for match-day assistance. Please note that any issues experienced are required to be reported during the minutes of play in order to be eligible for a refund.
