The January signing has made a real impact since joining the O’s and made four appearances towards the back end of last month. The holding midfielder made his debut from the bench against Port Vale, before starting games against Northampton Town, Newport County AFC and Crewe Alexandra.
The 28-year-old was awarded Man of the Match for his performance in the 2-1 win against Newport.
Marsh started all six of January’s games.

Marvin has stood out, because of his no nonsense approach in defence .The centre back is unfortunate not to have a goal to his name in the month of January, after his header hit the back of Newport’s Ryan Haynes before hitting the net.
