Last week we launched our 2020/21 Season Cards and gave you plenty of information on the benefits, prices and how to apply.
However we are aware that some supporters will naturally have questions about Season Cards, particularly as the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect us all. That’s why we have created this helpful Season Card FAQ page to answer all the commonly-asked questions. This includes:

With Leyton Orient FC currently closed due to the ongoing COVID-19 the only current way to apply for your 2020/21 Season Card is by completing an online form. You can click here for Renewals or here if you are a new Season Card holder or an existing Season Ticket Holder who wishes to move seat.
Please note that as the Club will soon be switching to a new ticketing partner for 2020/21, we will contact you to process your Season Card payment separately over the phone, using the contact details you provide us with. Not only does this ensure that you do not need to provide your card details online, but it also ensures your payment goes directly to Leyton Orient FC once processed, rather than going to a third-party who could take time to pass these funds on. Our form includes the ability to add a password or keyword for added security, which our team will use when ringing you.
Once the Club reopens fully then we will provide further information about applying by post and in-person.
