With over 850 fans having already applied for their 2020/21 Season Card within our Early Bird Window, we have decided to further extend the window for another month to the middle of July to allow more fans to take advantage of the offer.
The Early Bird offer, which allows fans to make savings of 5% to 20% on their Season Card for next season, has been extended to Sunday 12 July after already being extended from its original date of Thursday 30 April.
With the resumption of this season and the start date of next season yet to be confirmed, CEO Danny Macklin took the step to ensure that all fans have the opportunity to claim the Early Bird discount: “We are keen for as many Leyton Orient fans as possible to take advantage of the Early Bird discount and are delighted to extend the Early Bird period to the 12. We are obviously conscious that there might be a delay to the start of the 2020/21 season owing to COVID-19.”
Danny Macklin added that the extension of the window also means that current Season Ticket holders for the 2019/20 have an extended period of time to renew their current seats for next season before they are released for general sale: “As we approach the end of the deadline we will consider, if required, a further extension of the early bird window and the releasing of unsold 2019/20 Season Ticket seats. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of everyone at the club to thank those who have been able to purchase their Season Card for next season and hope we can all get back soon to enjoying what we love most, football with friends and family.”
For fans also currently concerned about the possibility of next season beginning behind closed doors, we are also pleased to confirm that we will be able to offer a number of options to supporters including pro-rata refunds on Season cards if any games are played behind closed doors.
