This new partnership with EnergyMind will bring a new half time challenge at selected games – The EnergyMind Tekkers Challenge.
As we all have a little more time on our hands we highly recommend getting out into the garden and practising your kick ups and skills. The winner will present the following Goal of the Month award, alongside an EnergyMind representative.
EnergyMind was founded in 2018 by O’s supporter Mark Knights with the aim of increasing mental health awareness in the energy industry.
EnergyMind is developing a wide range of support tools and community networks for the key workers across the UK energy sector and encouraging more leaders to speak up about the importance of mental wellbeing at work.
Josh Stephens, Head of Commercial at Leyton Orient Football Club said, “We are thrilled to continue our great partnership with Mark and EnergyMind.
“The amazing work Mark and his team at EnergyMind do in the energy sector around mental heath is incredible, and now more than ever the club want to support their message.
“As we look towards the new season, we are looking forward to seeing some different half time challenges on the pitch!”
Mark Knights, Founder of EnergyMind said, “More than anything, I’m delighted that I can continue to support the club I love – and am so proud to be associated with Orient and their values.
“It’s also great to see how more and more, mental health and football are coming together to tell a story. I’m really missing the football at the moment, and hope it’s not too long before we all get back to E10.”
