Season Cards

The Season Card allocated to the card holder is only valid for League matches played at The Breyer Group Stadium.  Any Play Off matches, Cup ties and friendlies are not included.

Season Cards are sold subject to the terms and conditions of Leyton Orient’s Ground Regulations which are displayed around the stadium and available online.  The use of Season Cards to enter the ground constitutes acceptance of these regulations. If the terms and conditions are not accepted, the Season Card should be returned immediately. 

Leyton Orient FC accept no responsibility whatsoever if seats to which the ticket refers are subject to adverse weather conditions or structural apparatus.

When the Season Card is first received, Season Card holders should ensure that the correct details are printed on the card as mistakes cannot be rectified later. If there are any issues, the Season Card holder should contact the Club immediately. 

This Season Card carries with it no other rights or privileges except preferential consideration in connection with FA and League cup-ties as set out below.

For League games, card holders should present their Season Card for scanning on entry to the ground via the relevant turnstile.  Any card holders trying to gain admittance to an area not covered by their Season Card will be denied entry. 

Leyton Orient Football Club will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for Season Cards lost or destroyed.   Duplicate cards may be issued at the club’s discretion, but in all cases there will be an administration charge of £20. Every care should be taken of your Season Card. If a Season Card has been forgotten, you should attend the ticket office to arrange a replacement match ticket/e-ticket.  This match ticket/e-ticket will take precedence over the Season Card.

Season Cards may be purchased using our finance option and are subject to additional terms and conditions applicable to that offer.  Applicants who default on the credit payments will have their season cards cancelled by the Club until payments are brought up to date.

The Season Card remains the property of Leyton Orient Football Club and the Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the Card if the holder does not comply with Ground Regulations in force at the time.

Any change of address or contact details, including email, should be either:

  • updated online
  • notified in writing or by email to the Ticket Office.

Failure to do this could result in Season Card Holders missing out on vital information.

It is the responsibility of the Season Card holder to check the date and kick-off time of each fixture and to check for any re-arrangements due to changes for TV coverage or postponements due to weather.  Leyton Orient FC are not responsible for any costs incurred by the Season Card holder in respect of any change to the fixture.

Cup Ties Played at the Breyer Group Stadium

The following are the standard arrangements for ALL home cup games.

Season Card Holders will be given priority their seat for all home cup ties where time allows. Season Card holders will be entitled to purchase only one seat, unless the club states otherwise. Normally Season Card holders will be requested to apply for their seat within the set time period of seven days after the cup tie is announced, (this may be extended if the Club feels the time scale permits or reduced in the case of a replay where the time scale does not allow for the full seven days). The Club will endeavour to publicise this information as widely as possible, such as on the official club website, www.leytonorient.com and in matchday programmes.  Season Card holders’ seats will not be reserved and will not be guaranteed for sale after the advertised time period expires.  Remaining seats at this point will go on general sale.

The following procedures must be adhered to when applying for tickets:

  • The seats must be applied for online within the given timescale.
  • The advertised requested details must be sent to the Ticket Office within the given timescale to ensure the application is processed.  Payment for the seat must be received along with the application as no seat will be reserved without payment being received first.  Seats will then be pre-loaded onto the customer’s Season Card.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the applicant not receiving the requested seats.

When necessary and due to safety advise from the Local Authority, Police Instruction or in order to comply with F.A. Regulations the club may need to relocate existing Season Card holders from one area of the ground to another to accommodate visiting supporters. In this instance, all affected Season Card holders will be informed in writing of the decision along with full details of the replacement seats.

Cup Ties Played away from Home/Away League Matches

The following are the standard arrangements for ALL away cup/league games.

Season Card Holders will be given preference on application at the rate of one per Season Card where possible, but no guarantee of allocation can be given as the number of applications from Season Card holders often exceed the number of tickets issued to the Club by the home team. Applications will be processed on a strictly first come first served basis unless other criteria is advised. Where the number of tickets available exceeds the number of Season Card holders, a time period will be advertised within which Season Card holders must apply for their ticket. After this has expired, any remaining tickets will go on general sale.

The following procedures must be adhered to when applying for tickets:

  • The advertised details must be sent to the Ticket Office within the given timescale to ensure the application is processed.  Payment for the seat must be received along with the application as no ticket will be reserved without payment being received first.  The applicant must enclose a stamped addressed envelope to allow the ticket to be posted out.
  • The ticket/s must be applied for online within the given timescale.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the applicant not receiving the requested tickets.

Match Tickets

For the avoidance of doubt, Match Ticket means any physical ticket or e-ticket. 

Match tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions of Leyton Orient’s Ground Regulations which are displayed around the stadium and available online.  The use of match tickets to enter the ground constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

Supporters not complying with the regulations face ejection from the ground.

Leyton Orient FC accept no responsibility whatsoever if seats to which the ticket refers are subject to adverse weather conditions or structural apparatus.

Match tickets remain the property of Leyton Orient FC and must be retained and produced on request.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and kick-off time of each fixture and to check for any re-arrangements due to changes for TV coverage or postponements due to weather.  Leyton Orient FC are not responsible for any costs incurred by the ticket holder in respect of any change to the fixture.

Refund Policy

Returns/Refunds for Home Matches Only

  • The Club does not offer refunds on tickets unless a game has been postponed, abandoned or permanently cancelled. 
  • When a refund is offered, it will exclude any booking fee or postage element of the booking.

Postponed or Abandoned Matches

  • If a match is postponed at a time before kick-off, Season Card/ticket holders are entitled to:
  • free admission to the re-arranged game on production of their complete original ticket/e-ticket (if turnstiles were not open prior to the postponement) or a replacement ticket/e-ticket (if turnstiles were opened but the game was postponed before kick-off) at the turnstiles or,
  • exchange their ticket for another home match of their choice in the same season subject to availability by contacting the ticket office, provided that they do so within 7 days of the announcement of the re-arranged fixture date
  • apply for a full refund of the value of the seat less any booking fee and/or postage by contacting the ticket office and, if required, returning the complete original ticket/e-ticket to the ticket office, provided that they do so within 7 days of the announcement of the re-arranged fixture date
  • If the game is abandoned after kick-off and before half time, supporters are entitled to half-priced admission for the re-arranged match provided that they contact the ticket office within 7 days of the announcement of the re-arranged fixture
  • If the game is abandoned after half-time, no compensation will be available.
  •   If the game is cancelled on a permanent basis with no possibility of re-arrangement, the Club will offer a refund to match ticket purchasers or a pro-rata refund to Season Card holders providing the refund is applied for within 21 days of the cancellation being announced.  Any refund will exclude the booking fee and postage element of the booking.

Games Played Behind Closed Doors

  • Should any games be designated by either Government or Football Authorities to be played behind closed doors the Club will offer the ability to watch the game via its streaming service to all Season Card Holders in lieu of gaining entry to the Stadium for home league matches.

Tickets sold for away games are subject to the refund policy of the away club.

The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions within reason at any time without prior notice.
