With over 3,000 Season Card holders already signed up, there are still a small number of applications remaining including renewals and seat moves. Despite repeated attempts, there are some supporters who we have been unable to contact by phone for payment details and who we have emailed details to enable them to make payment by bank transfer.
Please check the inboxes of the email addresses used in your application if you have yet to speak to the Club regarding payment. If you have had no missed calls or emails in regard to payment for your season card application, please email Lindsey at [email protected] with your name and contact number and we will complete your application.
With fixtures now announced, the Club will commence thorough testing of the new season card entry system. The integration of ticketing and access will be rigorously assessed to ensure supporters of a seamless process when restrictions are lifted, and fans are allowed back into the Breyer Group Stadium.
Only when testing is complete will Season Cards be posted or made available for collection, and this date will be communicated to supporters in due course.
Please be assured cards will be made available for distribution well before the first home game with supporters in attendance so do not be concerned if you haven’t received yours yet.
With games commencing behind closed doors, all Season Card holders will be able to stream home league games with an exclusive access code provided to each Season Card Holder. This will be accompanied by a detailed step-by-step guides on how to view from a variety of devices.
The Club are excited to soon be able to launch a number of enhancements to the streaming offer. Non Season Card holders will be able to purchase passes for £10 per game. The Club will be announcing further details next week.
In readiness for the re-admittance of supporters, the Club are working hard to calculate capacities and seating layouts given the current regulations on social distancing. This is a complex task that involves assessing areas such as access, seating layouts, concourses, facilities and egress, to ensure compliance with regulations and to keep all our supporters as safe as we can.
This may mean that, for a time, fans may not be seated in their requested seat or be sat with their usual neighbours, however, we will be announcing more details on this in the coming days.

“Investment has been made to provide a first-class streaming offering for upcoming games. We of course want to welcome fans back to The Breyer Group Stadium ASAP, but in the meantime Season Card Holders will be able to access the improved streaming service for home league games.
Non Season Card Holders will be able to purchase Streaming game passes on a game by game basis, and away games will also be available for streaming for fans to purchase.”

In the coming weeks, we will be closely reviewing the guidelines for the return of crowds to stadiums. Once we have identified capacity potential we will advise if we are able, at this stage, to welcome additional Season Card Holders to apply. At that stage further details will be provided.
