Season Card Holders have until 9am on Monday 21st September to complete the below ‘Return of Fans’ form for themselves and up to 5 other people in their group.
So we can ascertain the number of Season Card Holders we can accommodate within the current government social distancing guidelines at The Breyer Group Stadium, we need each group (see below for definition) to appoint a ‘lead name’ to complete the survey.
By filling out this form, you must confirm you are acting as the lead name of everyone in your group and will therefore be the only one submitting a form for your group or anyone in it.
Please note by submitting your survey response it does not guarantee you seat(s)/attendance at a particular fixture. Once we are able to ascertain the capacity of the stadium we will be able to communicate that to Season Card Holders ahead of a particular fixture when crowds are able to return. It may be necessary, owing to restricted capacity, for the Club to work on a ballot process for a particular fixture – please note should any Season Card Holders not be randomly selected for attendance for any particular fixture they will continue to be able to watch that game via the Club’s new streaming service.
Rest assured we will be doing everything we can to accommodate as many Season Card Holders as possible for each fixture when crowds are allowed to return under current social distancing rules.
We also encourage you as Season Card Holders to assist any fellow Season Card Holders who are unable to access the internet to complete the form.
