Leyton Orient's midweek trip to Bradford City towards the end of February will now kick off at an earlier time.
The game is scheduled to be played on the 10th of November at The Valley, and any points picked up will confirm Orient as winners of the group, with qualification already confirmed.
Ross Embleton’s men have already won their opening two games in the competition: first a 3-2 win against Brighton U21’s, before beating AFC Wimbledon 2-0 at the Breyer Group Stadium.
