FA YOUTH CUP PREVIEW: Woking (H)

access_time 2 weeks ago

The Leyton Orient under-18s are next in action in the greatly-anticipated FA Youth Cup tie against Woking on Monday night.

The Orient youth side will look to kickstart their FA Youth Cup journey with a victory on Monday night, as they take on Woking in the opening round.

Following the side’s recent victory over Cambridge United, Brian Saah had this to say about his squad and the FA Youth Cup.

“It’s pleasing for us that we have those boys coming back (from loan),” Saah said. “It’s good for competition and I think the boys that have come back in have done well. The boys that were here before, the results didn’t show it, but they were doing well as well.

“So, everyone coming together now will be good for the game on Monday.”

Due to a change in venue, this game will no longer be streamed on the club’s YouTube channel, however, highlights will be made available following the tie and you can keep up-to-date with the game by following the team’s dedicated Twitter account.
