Head Coach Ross Embleton Reflects On Colchester Defeat

Head Coach Ross Embleton has reflected on his sides’ disappointing defeat away at Colchester United.  

Orient were defeated 4-0 by Exeter City at St James Park. A first half goal from Joel Randall and a Matt Jay double saw the O’s go into the break three down, the scoring was completed via the spot by Jay mid-way through the second half.
