To show our gratitude to our ever loyal Season Card Holders, we will be prioritising them when organising the return of fans to The Breyer Group Stadium which will work via ballots for each game.
2020/21 Season Card Holders would have previously filled in a return-of-fans form online stating their social bubble requests when they return to the stadium. We will now replace this with online ballot forms for each individual home game for Season Card Holders to complete. The ballots will work with one person acting as the lead booker for up to 6 people in your social bubble.
Your entrance into a ballot to be considered to attend a home game will signify your agreement to the following terms:
Fans who reside in a Tier 3 area are unfortunately unable to attend matches at The Breyer Group Stadium (currently in Tier 2) due to current Government guidelines restricting the movement of residents from Tier 3 areas.
Following the conclusion of any ballot, successful applicants will be advised of the outcome no later than 72 hours prior to the relevant fixture. Successful applicants will be emailed their e-ticket(s) no later than 24 hours prior to the relevant fixture.
Any applicants who are subsequently unable to attend their fixture should advise the Club by email no later than 24 hours prior to kick-off to enable the Club to re-allocate their ticket. However, please note the Club will only be able to re-allocate seats where an entire group is unable to attend to ensure we comply with social distancing and the maintaining of social bubbles.
Any successful applicant who does not attend the fixture, and has failed to advise the Club beforehand will be excluded from the next ballot. All tickets must either be printed from home ahead of travelling to the Stadium OR displayed on a suitable mobile device when prompted.
Once the ballots to attend matches are live, they will become accessible on our ballots page and Season Card Holders will be alerted via email.
We encourage all Season Card Holders to get in touch with family and relatives that may not be able to access the online ballots to ensure they do not miss the opportunity to apply to attend a home match once crowds return.

In Recent months the East Stand has undergone a series of safety inspections, as a result of these inspections some remedial work needs to be carried out over the coming months. Whilst this work is in process, the capacity of the East Stand may be affected.
For the rest of the season, the East stand may be subject to temporary closures as a result of extremely high winds, in the event of this happening, this will be communicated to all at least 24hours prior to any event.
