Supporters who have applied for tickets for Tuesday’s fixture against Bristol Rovers will be contacted, at the latest, by Saturday evening.
Successful applicants will be emailed their e-ticket(s) no later than 24 hours prior to the relevant fixture.
Any applicants who are subsequently unable to attend their fixture should advise the Club by email no later than 24 hours prior to kick-off to enable the Club to re-allocate their ticket. However, please note the Club will only be able to re-allocate seats where an entire group is unable to attend to ensure we comply with social distancing and the maintaining of social bubbles.
Any successful applicant who does not attend the fixture, and has failed to advise the Club beforehand will be excluded from the next ballot. All tickets must either be printed from home ahead of travelling to the Stadium OR displayed on a suitable mobile device when prompted.
