This will be issued for all orders that will have been awaiting fulfilment for more than 4 weeks at time of dispatch.
“New Balance Teamsports UK are experience delivery delays on products ordered from our far eastern factories. All orders processed recently have been manufactured on time and were scheduled to arrive in the UK well before Xmas.
However, due to severe delays at UK ports as reported in the press, we like many other UK businesses have goods stranded on vessels in UK waters.
Our latest information via our shipping agents is that the Vessel containing our goods has been redirected to Scotland to dock and we will be updated regularly as and when this happens – we of course will pass that information on ASAP.
Many apologies for the inconvenience this is causing. We are doing all we can, but ultimately these delays are completely out of our control.
