What is the Credit Scheme?
arrow_drop_down
The 2020/21 Season Card Holders Credit Scheme gives Season Card Holders the chance to claim a credit for each home league game that was played behind closed doors in the 2020/21 season owing to COVID-19. This credit can then be put towards the purchase of a 2021/22 Season Card. Please note applications for credit must be received by 5pm Friday 7th May 2021.

At present, the club estimates an additional cash requirement in excess of £2m as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. By opting out of the scheme, you will be directly contributing towards reducing this additional cash requirement as well as directly helping to fund our 1st team and Academy operations.
Who is eligible for the Credit Scheme?

Those who paid upwards of £230 for their Season Card are entitled to receive a credit amounting to the cost of their Season Card, minus the £230 streaming cost for the season (£10 per game) to reduce the purchase price of their 2021/22 Season Card.

When will we be able to attend games in person at the Breyer Group Stadium?
arrow_drop_down
The club are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make the Breyer Group Stadium as COVID secure as possible and will be adhering to all government guidelines on social distancing with the mandatory wearing of facemasks, hand sanitizing, temperature checks, etc. We are hoping to have fans back in The Breyer Group Stadium for the start of the 2021/22 season.
Why can’t I claim a partial monetary refund rather than a partial credit?
arrow_drop_down
The Club has sustained an estimated £2m of unexpected additional cash needs as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and we believe this incentive finds a balance between rewarding the loyalty of Season Card Holders whilst providing the Club with the ability to be sustainable.
I have paid over £230 for my Season Card. Will I receive 20% of the cost of my card as credit?
arrow_drop_down
Those who paid over £230 for their 2020/21 Season Card will receive a credit amounting to at least 20% of the cost of their Season Card. For example, an adult Season Card Holder in the Justin Edinburgh Stand is able to apply for a credit amounting to £100.
