What happens if the individual purchase price of my Season Card was under £230?
The £230 qualification is based on the cost for non-Season Card Holders to watch every home league game via our enhanced streaming service.

The credit is based on the individual purchase of the Season Card, for example, if a family purchased an adult ticket, second parent ticket and 2 junior tickets, the combined cost would amount to over £230. However, only the one individual adult ticket that cost £230 or over would be eligible for the credit scheme.

How will I know how many games I will not be able to attend owing to COVID-19 restrictions?
The Club via this credit scheme are committed to providing the option for Season Card Holders to apply for a credit for any home 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two home game that is played behind closed doors or where Season Card Holders cannot attend due to not being successful in any ballot to attend a home league match where a reduced number of fans are allowed back in the Breyer Group Stadium.
If I choose to opt out of the credit scheme, how will the club use the money that would have otherwise been credited to my account?
At present, the club estimates an additional cash requirement in excess of £2m. By opting out of the scheme, you will be directly contributing towards reducing this additional cash requirement as well as directly helping to fund our 1st team and Academy operations.
When will I be able to use my credit?
2020/21 Season Card Holders opting to apply for credit to their 2021/22 Season Card will be provided with more information at the start of the renewal for next season.
Can I apply for credit for my Season Card but not for other Season Cards I have purchased?
Season Card Holders with multiple cards will be able to opt in or out of the scheme on an individual basis with each card or can apply across all cards purchased.
When will we be able to attend games in person at the Breyer Group Stadium?
The club are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make the Breyer Group Stadium as COVID secure as possible and will be adhering to all government guidelines on social distancing with the mandatory wearing of facemasks, hand sanitizing, temperature checks, etc. We continue to lobby the Government to enable a safe return of fans as soon as possible.
Why can’t I claim a partial monetary refund rather than a partial credit?
The Club has sustained an estimated £2m of unexpected additional cash needs as a result of COVID-19 and we believe this incentive finds a balance between rewarding the loyalty of Season Card Holders whilst providing the Club with the ability to be sustainable.
What happens if I do not wish to renew?
We are very grateful for your support and want to welcome back as many Season Card Holders as possible. We want to incentivise as many Season Card Holders as possible for next season. Your support for the Club at this time is exceptionally appreciated.
