The women’s team will meet Chichester and Selsey Ladies FC in E10 on Sunday April 11th, in a behind-closed-doors fixture, with a 2pm kick-off.
The stream will have a pre-match show which will begin at 1.30pm, and feature live commentary.
“The advance of the women’s game is a very exciting development.”
“We are excited about the advance of the Leyton Oreint women’s team in their FA Cup campaign, and are delighted to host them at The Breyer Group Stadium for the next round this Sunday,” said Chairman Nigel Travis.
“Women’s football is clearly on the rise, and rightly so, and I’m pleased to report that over the last couple of years under the leadership of Martin Ling and Steve Embleton, we have developed a successful college programme for Women.
Many more initiatives are planned in the future, and at Leyton Orient we think the advance of the women’s game is a very exciting development.
We’re all cheering for the team to advance to the next round of the cup, where a tie with West Ham awaits.”
