Bywaters has been a Club Partner for many years: being based in Leyton since 1952 and with one of its waste management centres located directly opposite the Breyer Group Stadium, its ties to the Club are longstanding.
The O’s are proud to partner with London’s leading waste management company, and are committed to bringing more positive changes and awareness around sustainability to the Club and local community. We are thrilled to be among the first to announce Bywaters’ latest campaign which directly helps local businesses recover from the impact of the last 12+ months, by offering a significantly reduced rate for their services. You can find out more about this offer here.
Bywaters’ contribution to our community does not stop there: Managing Director, John Glover, will soon be participating in the Three Peaks challenge in support of another member of the O’s family and away kit charity partner, Haven House Children’s Hospice. We are delighted to see further support for this amazing charity from one of our valued Partners, and hope that the O’s family will be generous in their support of their fundraising effort.
Josh Stephens, Head of Commercial at Leyton Orient FC, said: “We are delighted to be working with the Bywaters team for the 2021/22 season. We are more determined than ever to ensure the Club is as sustainable as possible, and we know having partners such as Bywaters will aid us to achieve this goal. Over the summer we will be working closely with the Bywaters team to look at ways in which we can further improve and reduce our carbon footprint.”
John Glover, Managing Director of Bywaters, said: “It’s incredible to be involved with this great club for another season. We have had some terrific memories over the years, and hope that the 2021/22 season will bring many more. We’re excited to work with the Club on improving its sustainability, and look forward to working closely with the Leyton Orient community to deliver environmental improvements. Most of all, we are excited to get back to the Breyer Group Stadium to watch the O’s push for promotion to League One!”
