Leyton Orient FC Women have made three more signings, and the new first team continues taking its shape.

Striker Jess Hillsden, Midfielder Bianca Corradi and defender Stephanie Harrow are the newest members of the team.

It has always been a dream of mine to play first team football.”

Jess Hillsden, 18, has grown up in East London and is a part of our “keeping local talent local” project. She is our first signing from West Ham United FC.

Jess is a young striker with lots of ability and drive. She started her football journey at age 11 at a Leyton Orient development centre and then moved Millwall and Charlton before settling at West Ham.

It has always been a dream of mine to play first team football, regardless of what level this is at, and to be able to do it at the club where I started my football journey, leaves me with a feeling of pride.

This is a great opportunity for me to progress and take my game to the next level and hopefully, one day play at the highest level.

“From the age of six I was always around football”

Bianca Corradi, 16, is our youngest new recruit, having progressed from our U18s. She is local player progressing from playing for Tower Hamlets and Barking Abbey College.

An enthusiastic and passionate player, Bianca is a fighter and has proved this, picking out passes the others often don’t see.

“From the age of six I was always around football and grew up in an environment where it brought people together.”

“The most expressive version of myself is on the pitch and I have high hopes for coming season, especially being surrounded by so many talented players.”

“I am honoured to play for Leyton Orient”

Stephanie Harrow, 18, is our second signing from West Ham United FC. She is a talented local player from the East End and is a part of our “keeping local talent local” project.

Planning to balance playing at the same time as a University education, Stephanie is a passionate and dedicated player. She and has been playing since the age of eight.

“I am honoured to play for Leyton Orient and will work hard for the team and do my best to make a difference!”
