For the West Ham game, Turnstiles open from 5.30 and we urge people to arrive as early as possible.
The earlier you arrive, the smoother the process will be for getting people into the ground and into their seats, so please do everything you can to get here early.
The ticket office is open from 10am today (Tues 13th July) up until kick-off. Ahead of picking your tickets up from the ticket office, please ensure you have your booking reference ready to read to our staff. Again, this will help things progress as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Programmes are on sale around the ground, and will be available for £2.50 – payable in cash only.
Once inside the stadium, we ask that, unless medically exempt, you wear a mask at all times. The exception for this is unless eating or drinking.
The concourse areas will be open for the game selling food and refreshments, meaning no food or drink is permitted to be bought into the ground with you.
However, alcohol will not be on sale from our concession stands for now.
Unless you are visiting the toilets or the concession stands, we ask that you stay in your seats.
For the benefit of all fans and staff, please follow social distancing measures determined by the club and avoid close contact with fans outside of your social or family bubble.
A temperature check will be required before entry. A temperature of 37.6 degrees or above will result in you being refused entry.
We ask that you only enter the stadium via the stand turnstiles that is indicated on your match ticket.
Familiarise yourself with the route to the stand, service and facilities; there may be one-way systems in operation. Additional signage and announcements will help to remind you of new procedures and stewards will be on hand to assist but please remember to socially distance at all times.
At the end of the game, stewards will inform you when your section is permitted to safely leave its seats.
Thank you for helping us to make the return to the Breyer Group Stadium a safe one, and we hope you enjoy it.
