Happy to announce that Giulia Livi, Eleisia Williams and Erin Bright are the newest members of the team:

“I hope mine and other girls’ journeys into Leyton Orient FC will inspire more young girls to get involved in football.”

Giulia Livi, 18, is a versatile and dedicated player. She was born in Italy and began playing football in the school playground at age 10.

Giulia first played for Colebrook Royals at age 13 and she has now progressed from our U18s, having developed from being a regular sub to a key player that the team couldn’t be without.

Giulia has continued her progression throughout pre-season and is now regarded as integral to the team. She can play either wing or anywhere across the defence.

“As I joined my first club, Colebrook royals, I spent a whole season on the bench, but I never gave up. When I finally made it into Leyton Orient U18, after numerous trials, it felt unreal”

“I hope mine and other girls’ journeys into Leyton Orient FC will inspire more young girls to get involved in football.”

“I would like to thank Leyton Orient as a club for investing and supporting women’s football and giving us the opportunity to play at Brisbane Road.”

“I have always dreamed of playing first team football”

Eleisia Williams, 18, is a determined and fierce defender. She is not one to give up and is without a doubt expected to become an integral addition to the squad.

Eleisia began playing at the age of nine, attending football sessions every Saturday. She is another promising progression from our U18s, and is from Woodford Green, Essex.

“Growing up in Essex, Woodford Green, Leyton Orient is my local football club so having this opportunity to play at Brisbane road is such an amazing feeling.”

“I have always dreamed of playing first team football and to be able to be a part of this new era of women’s football at Leyton Orient is exciting.”

“Making this jump straight up to first team is big! I will continue to work hard and give my all for this great club.”

“I want to make my teammates, coaches and family proud.”

“Football’s been a part of my life for so long”

Erin Bright, 18, is a hard-working player with lots of energy. She is one of our standout defenders in pre-season, and having progressed from our U18s, she is a great example of what can be achieved.

Erin has been playing since the age of seven, she joined the first ever girls’ team at Colebrook Royals and has loved the game ever since.

“I can’t wait to see what this and future seasons bring for the club and the local Ladies game.”

“Football’s been a part of my life for so long that I can’t imagine what it would be like without it”

“I’m really grateful I have the opportunity to be a part of this club”
