One working day response time for ticketing enquiries now live

The Club is introducing a new one working day response time for all email enquiries regarding ticketing.

Now live, the new pledge will see any ticketing request that comes into our [email protected] email answered within one business day.

“We are pulling out all the stops to further improve the all-important experience for fans,” said Chief Executive Danny Macklin.

“We encourage any fans having any issues relating to tickets to direct them to the above email address and the team will respond as swiftly as possible.”

Our popular initiative Football For A Fiver is set to return next month, when Hartlepool United visit E10 on Saturday 30th October.

It’s looking like tickets for this fixture will sell out, so we urge supporters to purchase as soon as they can.
