The Daggers took the lead through Michael Cheek on the 17th minute before Chris Zebrowski equalised on the 32nd minute. Former-O Paul McCallum gave the away side the three points with a close-range effort on the hour mark.
This will be the third time the sides have faced this season having been drawn against each other in the Emirates FA Cup, Macauley Bonne’s goal separating giving the O’s the victory in the Fourth Qualifyinh Round Replay following a 0-0 draw at Victoria Road.
The O’s will be without defender Bondz N’Gala who is ineligible to face his parent side this afternoon, meaning Dan Happe or Jamie Sendles-White could come into the defence.
James Dayton came off with a tight groin during the 2-0 win over Maidstone but Justin Edinburgh is hopeful that the in-form winger will be available for this afternoon's match.
