Several players set for O's bows in first friendly

SEVERAL of Orient's new faces are set for their first involvement with their new club when the Londoners travel to Sutton United on Wednesday evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

The game at Gander Green Lane marks Orient's first friendly of the summer and will give O's fans the first chance to see the new signings in action.

Anthony Griffith, Mathieu Baudry, Ryan Allsop, Lloyd James, Ryan Brunt and Gary Sawyer are all in Russell Slade's squad for the game.

However, Michael Symes, Scott Cuthbert, David Mooney and Ben Chorley miss out with minor niggles, while Nathan Clarke only joined the club on Wednesday morning and will also sit out.

Former Queens Park Rangers midfielder Martin Rowlands, Hampton & Richmond midfield man Joe Turner and George Saunders, who has been playing in Spain with Levante, will all feature on trial.
