Former O's midfielder and Ireland international loses battle with cancer
The Club was saddened to hear of the passing of a former O's legend Tony Grealish.
Tony was born in London in 1956 and joined the O's as an apprentice in 1972 before making his debut two years later.
He would go on to make 195 appearances for the club and score ten goals whilst he was a firm favourite with the fans for his dynamic midfield displays.
Grealish also won seven caps for the Republic of Ireland during his time at Brisbane Road before moving on to Luton Town in 1979. He went on to play for the likes of Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion.
Tony died reportedly died at his home in Devon having battled with cancer.
