O's defender continues to make progress with injury
Orient defender Gary Sawyer looks set to travel with the squad to Brentford having overcome an achilles injury that has forced him out of action for the last month.
The O's defender was virtually ever present last campaign but last featured when he came off the bench in the 1-0 away victory over Stevenage on August 17.
"Gary has made good progress with his rehabilitation over the last few weeks and now is now up for consideration again for the squad which is pleasing," said Orient manager Russell Slade.
The O's are looking to make it eight successive victories in a record-breaking start to the season but will face stiff competition from their west London rivals, who themselves came close to promotion last season but lost in the play-off final to Yeovil Town.

Orient are looking for their first win at Griffin Park since 1993, although last season took four points off the Bees following a 1-0 home victory in September, followed by an exciting 2-2 draw in west London in January when Martin Rowlands and Lee Cook bagged goals for the O's.
Uwe Rosler's side currently sit 10th in League 1 after a mixed start to the season that has seen them win three, draw three and lose one of their opening seven encounters.
The mixed start can perhaps be attributed to the large turnover of players in the summer as Rosler made nine summer signings, though did manage to keep hold of key players such as striker Clayton Donaldson who attracted the attention of a number of Championship sides.
The match will also be live on Sky Sports and kicks-off at 7:45pm.
The referee for the fixture is James Linington.
