Full terms and conditions for the Membership schemesBy purchasing a membership package, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use.
Membership of One Team is personal to the Member who is not entitled to assign or transfer its membership or the benefits of membership without the prior written consent of the Club.
In order to obtain the benefits the Member must present a valid membership card for inspection by the Club any of its officials carrying out associated duties or quote a valid customer number.
One Team packages are for + 14 year olds while Theo’s Junior O’s is valid to anyone aged 14 and under.
All membership cards remain the property of the Club and will be returned to the Club if asked to do so.
Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the named individual as shown on the front of the card.
The sale of this card is strictly prohibited.
Membership applications will remain open until the club decide to close for new applications
The Club reserves the right to run membership joining incentive schemes from time to time without liability to existing members
The Club reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time on giving the members 30 days’ prior written notice using the contact details supplied by each member.
Season ticket holders will be automatically enrolled to the relevant membership package.
Enrolment to membership for all other supporters is subject to the relevant membership fee.
Membership commences once the membership fee has been paid and received by the Club in cleared funds. Therefore, if paying by cheque, once the cheque has cleared.
Applications may take up to two weeks to complete after payment has been received.
The membership fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
In the event of the Member being under 16 years of age, the parent or guardian of the Member shall be responsible for paying the Fee.
Membership expires on 30th June each year regardless of the date of joining.
If a member changes their postal address or email address registered with their membership, they must notify the Club’s Ticket Office in writing of the change or keep their account up to date at www.lofcdirect.com.
Lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged membership cards should be reported to the Club’s Ticket Office immediately. Replacement cards can be issued for a charge of £5 and this fee is non-refundable if the old card is later found.
In the event of the unavailability of any of the items listed as a benefit, the Club reserves the right to substitute these items for similar items of the same value as the Club may decide.
Upon becoming a One Team Home or Theo’s Junior O’s Champion member, supporters will be awarded 50 loyalty points, while One Team Away From Home will be awarded 10 loyalty points.
One Team Members will receive a membership card while season ticket holders will be able to use their season ticket booklet as proof of membership.
