The O's have completed their first full day at their Northumberland training camp
AHEAD of the pre-season game on Wednesday, Russell Slade and his side have travelled to Northumberland for a training camp as pre-season heats up.
Having arrived yesterday afternoon (Sunday), the players were put through their paces in the gym last night before their first full day today that consisted of a morning run at 7:45am ahead of a long double session of training in the morning and afternoon before a swimming session in the evening.
Shane Lowry trained with his new teammates for the first time along with all of the other new summer arrivals and the group can expect a tough week of training with the Gateshead friendly also falling on Wednesday evening.
