Theo’s Gang Member To Lead Out The Team At Wembley

23 May 2014

Eight year old junior supporter will have the ultimate experience on Sunday after winning our special Theo’s Gang competition.

Members of Theo’s Gang, the Leyton Orient junior supporters club, were asked to send in their messages of good luck for the players ahead of this weekend’s Play-Off Final and out of all the entries received, eight year old Bryn Yapp was selected at random to be the very lucky winner of this incredible, once in a lifetime experience.

His entry was in the style of Churchill and said, ‘Never on the field of Wembley were so many, so proud of so few.’

Bryn will now have the honour of coming out with the teams in front of thousands of people at the home of football, something that is sure to live long in the memory and he said, “I’m really excited and looking forward to walking out onto the pitch at Wembley. I can’t wait for Sunday as the last week has seemed really long. I am hoping for an Orient win and for a goal from my favourite player Dean Cox!”

It will also be a moment to remember for Bryn’s family and his Father, Andrew Yapp, commented, “I will be a really proud Dad to see Bryn walking out at Wembley with the team, it is an opportunity that not many children get and I hope it remains a great memory for him for years to come. Come on you O’s!”

The competition was an exclusive opportunity for Theo’s Gang members and competitions, such as this, are one of the many benefits received for being a member. Look out for details over the coming weeks of how to join to get some great benefits during the 2014-15 season.
