9 November 2014

Today we remember and thank our fallen heroes and all of those who have served to protect us.

100 years ago, Clapton Orient were competing in their final season before the Football League was suspended due to the outbreak of World War One. The O's were the first club to enlist en masse and we will be forever grateful for their bravery and the sacrifices they made to serve our country. We Will Remember Them.

We will pay special tribute with a full service at Tuesday's game against Northampton where there will also be a commemorative programme and Clapton Orient poster available.
